The early 2k10 age games had myplayer modes that were really interesting and fun, I was purchasing the new sport every year simply to see how they built upon the foundation, and now they've just ruined it using dumb bullshit. It had been fun to make a character, fight for a while locating a team/place, become an unstoppable god that was putting records like mad. I eventually stopped buying them because they simply weren't doing something good with it. The myplayer mode there has been an insane grind, and it seems to have only gotten worse. nba 2k21 mt coins is a monstrosity in regards to milking consumers. 2K and EA largely ignore the rest of the game and focus on how they could suckle on your wallet just a little bit harder every year.
