Bring back the previous NPCs, reunite Gyroids, bring back the old post office and Animal Crossing Bells mailing program, and bring back store upgrades and additional stores. All these were core aspects of previous games. Monster Hunter Rise has just been out a month and I have more faith in their roadmap and free updates.
I do not even know whether that's a good reason Nintendo would not want to attract New Leaf to Change. I don't recall people here saying Mario 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy were just"another port." Nintendo ports are treated differently because there are so few.
Aside from the bad graphics, I believe New Leaf is only a more comforting and personal experience complete in comparison. NH appeared to concentrate more on crafting and seasonal events/updates versus life sim components and profound intriguing conversation that builds character, which I definitely miss from New Leaf. They could release 500 more things in NH, but it doesn't fill the void left by uninspired social interactions. How about Metroid? Nintendo is very cautious about releasing 1st party vents for some reason, even the Mario vents had a limited time buy window, for no reason at Animal Crossing Items For Sale all. When a computer keyboard is brand-new, vents are a essential crutch, except it is not new anymore, it has been over 3 years.
