Drezel is located in the exact spot you left him at the conclusion of Priest in Peril (under the temple, next to the gate to Morytania). Talk to him and begin the quest. Find three apple pies as well as three meat pie from Drezel and take the pies into Folliman Tarlock. He will, however, warn you about food-rotting ghasts with
OSRS Gold. It is unlikely that you will give Filliman the food, so you don't need to be concerned about it now. Utilize the Holy Barrier to exit the temple and head to the south-east. Be aware that Filliman will not appear when you enter the Morytania by the gate.

If you don't own one, the ghost will conclude your conversation by saying something that resembles ghosts. He seems to believe that he's actually dead. Remove the bowl of washing on the table in front of you, then pick an under-counter mirror and place it to him. This will convince him that he's now a ghost. You will be asked to locate the journal of his. It's located in the Grotto tree. Bring it to the man.

Ghasts are invisibly NPCs which do not come with an "attack" option.

Filliman will declare his desire to be an incarnation of Nature Spirit. He requires help to become one, and that's the place you step in. Begin your mission to assist him by obtaining the scroll of spells that can be used later to cast the Bloom spell.

You must be blessed. Return to Drezel ask him to do so. After blessings, you will hear positive words from Drezel. Pay attention.

After receiving Drezel blessings, you should equip or hold at least a Silver sickle in your inventory with OSRS Fire Cape. Use the Druidic spell to travel into the swamp.
